Jenifer Davis Lunt
Jenifer is a smart and savvy commercial real estate professional, with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. She understands how to structure deals and identify properties that will provide long term results and value.
Jenifer is responsible for development, asset management, lease negotiations, sales negotiations, escrow closings, due diligence and working with third party vendors such as attorneys and architects to ensure projects are done on time and on budget. Under her direction, this third generation real estate development and investment company has developed, acquired, sold, and leased several properties.
After graduating from the University of Arizona, she moved back to Phoenix and joined CB Richard Ellis, where she spent 10 years as an Investment Broker. In 2000, she was named CB Richard Ellis “Rookie of the Year”, an honor that recognizes the top producing new sales person. She was the first female in the Phoenix office’s 52-year history to receive this award. In addition, Jenifer was asked to sit on the CB Richard Ellis’ 2001 Brokerage Advisory Board and qualified for several of the company’s Recognition Trips. In 2005, she was named the #1 Investment Broker at CB Richard Ellis and attained the title of First Vice President and was on the path to becoming Senior Vice President in 2006.
Jenifer’s accomplishments are the results of hard work and relationships that she has built over the years. She is deeply connected in the Arizona business and real estate community. Jenifer was born and raised in Phoenix and has been involved in several different professional and charitable organizations. Some organizations Jenifer has been active in are AZCREW, Junior League of Phoenix, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and CBRE Brokerage Advisory Board. Jenifer is currently a member of the Davis Enterprises Board.
Mark A. Davis

Mark A. Davis
With over nine years experience in the commercial and residential real estate market and a degree in economics, Mark brings a unique understanding of what it takes to maximize the return from a real estate project. Mark is an expert in exploring and analyzing strategies to raise capital for new acquisitions.
Mark had the privilege of working as a senior investment analyst with one of the largest real estate development companies in the nation. His expertise includes financial modeling, due diligence, real estate valuation analysis, development planning and contract negotiating.
Mark is a member of the Urban Land Institute, serves on the Young Leaders Group Committee, and is a member of ULI’s Arizona Technical Advisory Panel. He also serves as a Board Member for the Roosevelt Action Association and sat on the City of Mesa Planning Advisory Committee for the West Main Street Area Plan. Through these networking opportunities, Mark has great insight into future market trends of the Valley and the unique requirements of urban development. Mark is currently a member of the Davis Enterprises Board.
Nick Davis

Nick Davis
Nick Davis joined the company in 1997 and currently serves as Asset Manager and Director of Development. In this role, he is responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for the company’s investment properties, future acquisition, development opportunities and oversight of all development projects within the portfolio.
Davis Enterprises portfolio currently includes multifamily apartments, manufactured homes, R.V’.s and several retail and office centers. Nick has been instrumental in maximizing total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and indentifying opportunities for improved performance. Additionally, he’s capable of negotiating third party contracts and specializes in transitioning undervalued assets and maximizing their returns by changing their image. He has extensive experience in working with City governments in changing planning, zoning and development policy to reflect the trends in historic development.
Previous experience includes extensive volunteer work abroad through Habitat for Humanity International and The U.S. State Department; Peace Corps. Throughout his career, Nick has been involved in many professional organizations such as the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) the Seventh Avenue Merchants Association, Historic McDowell Now Business Association and the West Mesa Community Development Corporation. Additionally, he has been a guest speaker at the ASU Masters in Real Estate Development Program.
Nick also enjoys donating his time to charitable organizations. For years, he has been involved with St. Vincent De Paul, Habitat for Humanity South Ranch and the Cedar Club of Arizona, where he served as past president. Currently, he volunteers with Maggie’s Place and St. Theresa’s Parish. Nick’s work has also been featured in Arizona Republic, East Valley Tribune and Phoenix Business Journal.
Nick earned his Bachelor’s in Justice Studies and Business from Arizona State University. In addition, he’s certified with the City of Glendale Police Department Crime Free Housing program and has completed the Property Management Program from the Scottsdale School of Real Estate.
